DKD Accreditation - DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 :2005

DKD accredited by PTB to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025

TrigasFI GmbH carries the status of a DKD accredited FLOW Meter Calibration Laboratory according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 :2005.

The DKD (Deutscher Kalibrierdienst) program is administered by the German National Metrology Institute PTB (Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt) and it is equivalent to other international programs such as NVLAP the USA, COFRAC in France, UKAS in the UK, etc.

TrigasFI DKD Test Rigs for Fluids:

  • Volume flow: 0.003 to 1,500 lit/min
  • Mass flow: 0.0025 to 1,500 kg/min
  • Viscosity up to 2,000 mm² per second (cSt)

TrigasFI DKD Test Rigs for Gases:

  • Volume flows: 0.001 to 20,000 Nlit/min in Air
  • 0.005 to 700 nlpm in N2, Ar, He and mixtures
  • 0.005 to 300 nlpm in H2, CH4, CO2, C3H8 and mixtures
  • Pressure up to 15 bar

Features:

  • ISO/IEC 17025 is the main standard applicable to testing and calibration laboratories. Originally known as ISO/IEC Guide 25, ISO/IEC 17025 was initially issued in 2000 and has been updated in 2005.
  • There are many commonalities with ISO 9000 standard, but ISO 17025 adds the concept of competence to the equation. It applies directly to organizations that produce testing and calibration results.
